For some reason, I thought we were going to have this long, boring Spring Break with nothing to do. And now, it's somehow Saturday night and I feel like I haven't gotten anything done. Although we've had a ton of fun as a family, so other stuff like blogs and sewing can always wait.
It's hard to believe, but it's been almost a month since S and I saw Billy Joel and Elton John at the Sprint Center. I'm sure I don't need to say it out loud, but it was "legen...wait for it..dary." I would pay to see them again tomorrow without blinking an eye. Not only are they two amazing musicians who are legends in their own rights, but they also happen to be two musicians who play piano (although I'm not sure how Sir Elton John became a successful pianist to begin with; he's got short, fat fingers!). I could swoon about their piano playing all night; I mean I saw Billy Joel and Elton John playing piano...at the same time...with my own eyes!! It was one of the most incredible ways I have ever spent 3 hours of time in my life.
They did a set at the beginning together, then they each did their own sets and finished with another complete set together.
